From platform concepts to research
Bespoke Agile began with a set of platform concepts for coordinating people and AI agents around a shared, graph-based model of the product. They were never shipped as products. The ideas carried on into ongoing research, and this page records what each one was.

Coherence
Cross-functional alignment as something you can compute
Sales, product, finance and engineering each hold part of the picture. When those parts are connected in one graph, predicates evaluated over it can catch the places where they disagree before the disagreement compounds.
Codesign
Every role gets an agentic coworker
People and agents coordinated through a shared model of the product. The question that mattered most was whether a team is actually learning to delegate, measured from how it works rather than from how it describes itself.
Conductor
Planning as a model you can run
Schedules, dependencies and delivery forecasts held in the same graph as the work itself, so that a change in one place shows its effect everywhere it reaches, across machine, human and business timescales.
Retired
Comply and Coauthor
Two open-source tools, Comply (compliance scanning) and Coauthor (git authorship analysis), were built alongside the platform concepts. Both were retired in September 2026 and are no longer available.
