This policy covers bespokeagile.com and BespokeAgile Media, the tool behind the BespokeAgile and DashFX YouTube channels.
This website
The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. The web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operations.
If you use the contact form, your name, email and message are sent through Formspree, a form service, and delivered to Nicholas by email. They are used only to reply to you, and never sold or shared.
BespokeAgile Media (YouTube)
BespokeAgile Media is a private tool that Nicholas Salzman uses to manage his own YouTube channels, BespokeAgile and DashFX. It is not offered to anyone else.
What it accesses
When the channel owner signs in, Google grants the tool permission to manage that channel's videos, playlists, captions and thumbnails, and to read the channel's analytics.
How it is used
Only to publish and update the owner's own videos and to report on the owner's own channels. It does not delete videos.
Storage and sharing
Sign-in tokens stay on the owner's computers. No data about viewers or anyone else is collected, sold or shared. Use of data from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
